  I never had a cleaner before what can I expect?

When you arranging your clean for the first time we will work with you to decide a day that suits you. Once this has been agreed we will see you on the same time day/days each week or fortnight, however this is totally flexible as to your need

 

How do I pay for my services?      Cash - Cheque - or Direct debit is acceptable

 

I'm going to work will I still be able to get a clean?

Most of our customers receive our services whilst they are at work. We are entrusted with keys and alarm codes, in order to complete the cleans. Keys are stored away from any information of the property they belong to and alarm codes are also stored in another place away from keys and addresses.

 

What products do you use?

All out products are of a high standard & are what I use in my own home. Giving you peace of mind that they are tested to make sure they do the job well. If you want a specific product to be used, then you will have to provide for this. Bearing in mind that industrial cleaners cannot be used.

 

Do you carry out checks on the cleaners you employ? 

Yes:  All our cleaners are required to fill out an application on commencement of their employment. The form is filled in at the time of taking staff on and is usually received back within ten days.  All staff are also required to produce two references before they are taken on, these are then cross checked immediately.

 

Are you fully Insured?

Yes: We are covered by fully comprehensive liability insurance scheme
